TOPPS announces fall programs; sets parents` meeting

TOPPS will begin all fall programs Tuesday, Sept. 5, and a mandatory meeting will be held for parents of students interested in the after-school and mentoring sessions.The meeting will be held from 4-5 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27.
